| 1. Bachelor or above degree. 2. 1 year or above work experience on network planning and optimization domain of GMS, UMTS or CDMA project. 3. Person with knowledge of wireless network principle, GSM or CDMA principle, BSC or BTS maintenance, RF tuning, indoor coverage system etc., 4. Fluent oral and written English, good work attitude. 5. Willing and able to travel frequently 6. Fully bilingual | |
