This position will have complete responsibility for site, so must be trustworthy and have a track record of improved performance. Lucrative compensation package. Responsible for assuring the proper staffing and utilization of technological resources to maximize recoveries while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Must manage the technical aspects of the processing of business for the entire account lifecycle, and oversee the implementation and training on all new systems. Maintain knowledge and compliance with FDCPA and state laws. Develop strategies and tactics to optimize workflow. Oversee and direct the auditing of all operational area in an effort to assure superior performance. Recruit, and hire qualified staff. Manage the training function to ensure continuous improvement of training deliver systems in order to optimize staff ability to recover money.
Skills/Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish and plus. Collection experience with At least 5 years management. Outgoing personality Entrepreneurial attitude. Mature individual Experienced with diverse cultures. Computer literate Excel, Word, Outlook. CUBS is a plus. Solid attendance background. Offshore /nearshore experience. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Good leadership skills. Willing to travel and relocate. Dialer experience. Team player Strong team building and leadership skills.
