DescripciĆ³n del Puesto: | Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Reviews and resolves issues affecting operations compliance. Responsible of the production results of the Site. Incumbent serves as a primary contact for problem resolution and information/data gathering. Provides interpretation of data and advice to management. Incumbent possesses and applies a strong knowledge of Company policies and procedures to difficult assignments. Tasks are of an advanced, non-routine nature. Errors cause substantial delay, expense, and/or disruption. Analyzes workflow and assignments to ensure efficient/cost effective operations; develops/implements process, program or service improvements to meet such needs. Advises staff members in resolving problems and issues that arise with internal and external customers.Coordinates/participates in the completion of all production standards and/or makes recommendations for improvements in overall production. Develops and/or participates in technical presentations on behalf of a given effort or related service offering. Completes special projects as assigned. Maintains awareness of development in field of expertise to ensure skill set/knowledge base remain current. |

Knowledge and Skills: This position will involve managing call center agents for a client involved in customer service activities. Communicating in both written and spoken English will be required. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a large and complex outsourcing call center environment. Thorough understanding of call center management, technology, best practices, and operations are requirements for this position. Minimum of 4 years experience in successful task lead or supervisory role. 3+ years progressively responsible related experience in administration, project management and/or accounting of technical/professional services. Education and Typical Years of Experience: Bachelor?s degree in related field or equivalent experience. This senior-level management position requires strong technical, communication and management skills and extensive experience in overall administration/management functions, concepts and practices. Works under limited supervision and has functional responsability for one or more specific areas, projects, contracts or divisions. | |
